Jörgen Dance is a celebrated Canadian ballet company with a rich 35-year history of making dance accessible to individuals and communities across Canada and beyond. Originally founded in 1987 as Ballet Jörgen, the company has expanded to offer diverse dance programs, performances, and community initiatives in various styles. With a strong focus on Canadian choreography, Jörgen Dance has created numerous original works, including full-length ballets and children’s productions, while touring to over 250 communities. Committed to inclusivity, the organization ensures that dance reaches underserved communities and households with limited access to the arts. Embracing its motto "Dance for All," Jörgen Dance continues to educate, entertain, and connect audiences through the transformative power of dance.

For 35 years Jörgen Dance has brought the joy of dance to countless individuals, families, and communities across Canada and beyond. While we are firmly rooted in our history as an exceptional professional ballet company, we have grown to be so much more!

Meetings a Month/Year: 5-6 meetings per year
Monthly Time Commitment: 4 hours per month, including 2 hours for meetings, usually held at 5pm or 6pm EST
Meeting Location(s): Virtually, but occasionally in person in Toronto, ON
