Session content is created for junior professionals in the corporate space who are interested in leadership but aren’t sure how to get there. Content is curated to address the experience of young women and gender diverse individuals, deliver meaningful professional development training, and provide practical tools and resources to overcome systemic barriers to leadership.

Sessions are designed for up to 30 participants, ensuring each individual gets the most out of the training experience. Both virtual and in-person training options are available.

Elevate sessions are up to 3 hours in length. However, if your team is interested in covering a specific session topic in greater detail, individual sessions can be built out and combined into an in-depth, multi-day training program. Contact us for more details on customizing your program.

Sessions begin at $5,000 CAD per workshop. Additional costs for facilitator travel may apply for sessions delivered outside of Ottawa or Toronto, Ontario.
